Valarie Robinson works with high-stress professionals, particularly women, to help them reclaim balance and confidence by prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries.

Valarie believes that everyone has the power to transform their lives through small, consistent practices that create peace, resilience, and clarity.

She has over 10 years of experience as a nurse, including five years as a travel nurse, where she witnessed firsthand the toll that high-pressure environments can take on mental and physical well-being. Valarie’s journey includes overcoming her own struggles with stress, including a stroke that pushed her to embrace mindfulness and self-care as a way to heal and thrive.

Valarie is a certified mindfulness coach and trained vibrational sound practitioner. She also holds a Associates degree in Health Sciences and a nursing diploma that brings her extensive experience in healthcare to her coaching practice.

Outside of her passion for helping others, Valarie loves to travel, hike, and practice Pilates, which she uses to support her own self-care and mindfulness journey. She is inspired by the transformative power of mindfulness and is committed to helping her clients achieve the same sense of fulfillment and balance.
